CMS Website For Artist is a product developed and designed by Shift-F16. It consists of both a website and an control panel as a content management system. All design and coding is protected by copyright. |

You are not allowed to make any changes in the code nor remove or add any code or code files in and around the website or control panel. For example: No changes of fonts, colors, sizes, shapes, widths, heights, scripts; no placement in iframe; no logo's in title area; no extra menu items. |

You are not allowed to multiply, print, sell, rent or give away the website and control panel software or part of it, to a third party. |

On purchase you are licensed for only one installation of the website and control panel. |

You can only hold one copy of the website and control panel software as your own backup. |

The hyperlink "© CMS Website for Artists" that links to www.cmswebsiteforartists.com and is displayed in the bottom right corner of the website, is not to be removed or altered in any way. |

Removal of that link can be requested and costs $ 99 or € 67. Remove it now. |

Anyone who changes, ads or removes software or removes the "©CMS Website for Artists" hyperlink without authorization, loses the right to receive free updates and support and/or will be pursued for additional payment. |

The website and control panel are not designed to function as a mass storage system interface or online backup system for digital data and should not be used as such. |

You accept all installed software as is, without any warranty even warranty of performance. |

We do not guarantee that digital data such as your images and your image descriptions or other material stored in your domains directories can not be lost when using the control panel or while installing, updating or upgrading our software. |

We will require the following information from you to begin the software installation or update or upgrade: FTP server name, login name, password and the
installation directory name. |

We will not be held responsible if you provide us with wrong FTP information. |

We will not be held responsible if you do not keep us informed of changes of your email address or telephone number, and therefore can not reach you. |

We will not be held responsible for bad performance or not reaching certain limits (for example the number of image galleries or number of images) due to circumstances beyond our control (for example slow internet connection, limited storage or upload capacity on your hosting account, no PHP 5 support, no GD library, wrong Apache configuration). |

You will not place any material on your website that violates or infringes upon any laws (for example material which is discriminating or incites hate or violence) or rights of any third party (for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights) or is otherwise illegal. |

The website is designed and destined to display works of art only. No other materials or images of goods can be displayed in an obvious attempt to sell or otherwise publicize them, unless permission to do so is granted by Shift-F16. |
